We hope you love your Chai & Bakwaas order. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in a resalable condition and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through our Let’s Talk page and we'll be happy to help.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
